Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsible for preparing online banking orders and documents, and registering bank statements on a timely manner;
Responsible for invoicing, organizing original receipts and keeping accounts;
Responsible for checking warehouse and logistics costs at the beginning of each month, and keeing accounts;
Print bank statements by the end of each month to check the bank balance, to ensure that the account is consistent;
Complete invoicing orders from various marketplaces, and organizing data and keep accounts;
Complete the customs goods into the warehouse, out of the warehouse and other related matters;
Docking account bank, responsible for organizing, binding, filing bookkeeping vouchers;
Responsible for docking local financial audit on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to complete the tax application matters;
Any ad-hoc work needed or requested by the team.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related major.
At least 2-3 year of experience in accounting, preferably within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Industry Experience: Preferably in international e-commerce, manufacturing, or auditing.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of cost and inventory accounting, along with analytical skills.
Software Proficiency: Experience using financial software in your current role.
Audit Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the audit team during annual audits.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
