Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant project accounting, tax and finance management working experience, at least 5 years in real estate industry is required.
• Has experience on Property Industry is PLUS.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Dashboard.
• Knowledge of Accounting (software) will be an advantage.
• Able to lead the team and also work independently and willing to be hands on at handling complex and ambiguous situations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues across divisions and external business partners.

Job Description:

• Manage project accounting & finance, oversee day to day project companies’ accounting and finance function.
• Review project companies’ accounting procedures to ensure all transactions comply with Indonesia regulations and align with companies code of conduct.
• Providing advice to management in preparing budgets and financial operations.
• Monitoring AP/AR Report, treasury, and financial statement.
• Developing policies and procedures for finance-related activities.
• Coordinating, directing, and evaluating team performance.
