Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Record and maintain inventory transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Monitor inventory movements, including purchases, transfers, sales, returns, adjustments, and write-offs.
Ensure inventory transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting policies and company procedures.
Reconcile inventory records between the accounting system and warehouse records.
Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock, warehouse records, and accounting records.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
Support periodic stock opname/physical inventory counts, also verify physical stock quantities against system records.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential overstock, slow-moving, and damaged/expired products.
Coordinate with Warehouse regarding inventory discrepancies.
Prepare monthly inventory reports and inventory movement reports.

Kualifikasi

S1 Accounting, with min 1–2 years of experience as an accounting inventory in FMCG will be a plus.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Familiar with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and inventory accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlokup, hlookup etc)
Experience with accounting software (accurate) is a must.
Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake city, tangerang.
