Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle end-to-end export operations (Sea & Air), including documentation and administration
Prepare and manage export documents (Shipping Instruction, BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams
Monitor shipment schedule and ensure timely delivery
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally
Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulations
Provide regular updates on shipment status to customers

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding, especially Export (Sea & Air).
Strong experience in export documentation and administration.
Fluent in English (spoken & written), Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
