Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates activities and the work of assigned staff
Oversee the order/purchase of materials, supplies, and technical equipment from vendors to buyers.
Evaluate, select, and establish relationships with vendors, and negotiate contracts for goods and services
Approve purchases and track their progress to make sure orders are filled and delivered correctly
Review purchase orders for accuracy and to make sure the best prices are obtained
Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls, and processes
Participates in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and priorities for procurement activities and operations
Supervising the inside transfer of products and commodities and ensuring that this is done in agreement with the rules, regulations, and policies of the government system authorities.
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports
Collaborate with the inventory planning team and freight forwarders and administer appropriate movement of all goods and supervise all freight flow and ensure clearance and delivery of all
import goods

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years of Leading.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a new culture and environment effectively.
Good command with Ms. Excel
Exquisite in MANDARIN And ENGLISH.
