The Head Waiter role is a full-time, on-site position based at La Lucciola Restaurant in Bali. The Head Waiter oversees the dining room service, ensuring guests receive attentive, timely, and professional hospitality throughout their visit. Responsibilities include managing table allocations and reservations, coordinating the waiting staff, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. The role involves guiding guests through the menu and wine list, handling special requests, and supporting the delivery of food and beverages from kitchen and bar to table. The Head Waiter also assists with training new team members, resolving guest concerns, and collaborating with the restaurant management team to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide attentive, courteous, and clear interactions with guests and team members.

• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including menu knowledge, wine and cocktail familiarity, and table service standards.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Indonesian, are an advantage.

• Knowledge of or interest in Italian cuisine and fine dining service standards is preferred.
