Job Responsibilities

Resolve client issues and optimize service delivery
Ensure seamless coordination among internal departments, terminal operations, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and key stakeholders
Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, safety, and operational performance
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify customer needs and gather market intelligence
Evaluate the viability of potential business development opportunities
Produce reports and manage Q&A interactions
Support data-driven decision-making
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Create and deliver clear presentations to customers

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree from any major (preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in key account management or logistics, ideally within the port, logistics and shipping lines industry
Essential experience in Commercial and Sales background with good communication and negotiation
Fluent in English both written and verbally is a must
Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
Ability to analyze data and present insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar
Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
Proactive approach and attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration
Solid operational understanding of container logistics
