Develop and maintain customer relationships by building long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored technical solutions.

Conduct product and technical presentations to clearly communicate specifications, benefits, and applications to prospective customers and business partners.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, assisting clients with product selection, installation guidance, and basic troubleshooting.

Achieve sales targets through effective strategy development, negotiation, and closing deals in line with company objectives.

Perform market and competitor research to identify industry trends, new business opportunities, and competitive activities.

Prepare sales reports and daily activity updates to keep management informed of prospects, pipelines, and performance results.

Collaborate with internal teams including technical, logistics, and administration to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with product knowledge and emerging technologies by participating in training programs and continuous learning initiatives.

Engineering Degree: Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Science

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Technical Sales or Support area (Fresh graduate not considered)

Fluent in English

Computer literate

Able to drive a car and must possess both Driving Licenses A & C

Willing to travel intensively across Indonesia & abroad

Willingness to learn and courage to talk to people

Monthly salary range Rp 6,500,000 – 10,000,000 (based on experience and qualification, exclusive of incentives)
