Job Responsibilities

In the Maintenance / Utilities Department, we aim to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient power distribution systems across the site, while supporting operational excellence and sustainability through optimized energy management.

Mission

In the domain of power distribution and electrical infrastructure,

  • Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply.
  • Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
  • Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities
  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and technical documentation/reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electrical engineering tools (e.g., ETAP)
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment: MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital protection relays, and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V)
  • Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset aligned with Michelin’s value of Respect for Facts

Preferred

  • Ahli K3 Listrik certification
  • Experience in energy management, power quality analysis, and system optimization
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies in industrial environments
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, or similar initiatives)
