Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner.
Help customers find products that suit their needs and preferences.
Explain product features, promotions, and ongoing offers clearly.
Actively promote products and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Answer customer inquiries accurately and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Process sales transactions and payments accurately using the company’s systems and procedures.
Support stock availability in the sales area and assist with product replenishment and visual merchandising according to store standards.
Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall comfort of the store, including its facilities and inventory.
Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other store administration and operational duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
1 - 2 year experience as a Sales Assistant, Store Crew, or similar role, preferably in fashion/beauty/lifestyle retail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
Sales-oriented; motivated to achieve sales targets.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Willing to work in shifts and work in weekends & public holidays.
Candidates living near the store location will be prioritized.
