Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize product formulations based on project briefs, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with suppliers/procurement on raw material selection, evaluation, sample testing, and technical documentation review
Conduct laboratory development, stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with regulatory standard, product safety requirement and costumer expectations
Collaborate with packaging development, production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure product feasibility and quality
Prepare and maintain formulation documentation, including formula records, specifications, development reports and batch records
Support pilot trials, scale-up activities, and production validation to ensure smooth commercialization.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation for new and existing product formulation

Kualifikasi

Good understanding of Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practies (CPKKB), Cosmetics formulation, Halal requirements, and Indonesia cosmetics regulatory
Excellent leadership, analytical, project management skill, detail-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of experience
Proficient in English and computers
Experience in Cosmetic
