Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the achievement of sales growth and profitability targets by strategically managing the Direct Brands Operation Division/Beauty Store Operation Division
Manage the operational budget to ensure cost effectiveness and achieve profit targets, and implement effective inventory management
Manage the team to ensure optimal division performance by delivering service excellence.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business/Management
Minimum 3 years of managerial position in store operational
A thorough understanding of store operational activities and retail fashion/beauty industry
Has strong leadership, excellent communication skills, as well as keen business sense.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Has a good command of English, verbal and written.
