Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and visual ideas aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Assist in producing short-form video content, including filming, editing, and basic post-production.
Monitor social media trends, viral content, and emerging formats to generate new content ideas.
Collaborate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and KOL teams to support ongoing campaigns and product launches.
Assist in managing and organizing content calendars and publishing schedules.
Track content performance and provide insights for future content improvement.
Support other creative and digital marketing activities as required.

Kualifikasi

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Very deep understanding about Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work deliverables
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Enthusiasm for learning, with a proactive approach to developing marketing knowledge and skills
Experience with social media management or content creation is desirable
Familiarity with analytics tools and experience interpreting marketing data is a plus
