Job Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate group tours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Provide engaging information about destinations, including history, culture, and attractions.
Manage tour logistics such as transportation, accommodation check-ins, and activity scheduling.
Assist executives with any inquiries, concerns, or special needs during the trip.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all.
Handle unexpected challenges, such as itinerary changes or emergencies.
Communicate effectively with local vendors, guides, and service providers.
Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere within the group.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Tourism or any related fields.
Previous experience as a Tour Leader or Travel Guide (Experienced in the China Region is preferred).
Fluent in English & Chinese
Knowledge of specific destinations, cultures, or languages.
Ability to handle unexpected situations with problem-solving skills.
Passion for travel and cultural exploration.
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently.
Willing to WFO full time in Gading Serpong area.
