Job Description:

• Supervise daily activities and ensure the team achieves sales target.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers within recycling and waste management industry.
• Maintain relationship with existing clients while supporting business growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies to improve business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business report and other related documents.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recycling, waste management, environmental services, manufacturing, commodities or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating a small sales team is preferred.
