Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers/accounts through area mapping and prospecting.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
- Identify potential new listings and business opportunities and discuss them with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Achieve assigned sales targets based on the agreed sales strategy.
- Monitor account performance, customer needs, and market conditions.
- Develop appropriate strategies to increase sales and account growth.
- Provide regular market and field insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Propose innovative ideas and initiatives to support product and business growth.
- Propose and support event and activation programs based on customer and market needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts and secure appointments with new customers.
- Ensure effective follow-up with prospects and convert opportunities into new accounts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, with FMCG experience required.
- Experience in Pet Food, Retail, Animal Health, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Veterinary (Vet) background is highly preferred.
- Strong sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Good networking with Pet Shops, Pet Clinics, Veterinarians, and relevant business channels is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to analyze market conditions and identify business opportunities.
- Must have a personal vehicle and valid driving license.
- Willing to work mobile across Jakarta and Jabodetabek.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work with targets.
