Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant who is fluent in English, Microsoft Office literate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be independent, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Manage and prioritize incoming communications and requests
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
