We are looking for a passionate Operational Manager to manage our branch office in Yogyakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup new office including all the required equipments (e.g. office room, computers, desks, internet, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day operation in effective & efficient methods to achieve company goals.
• Hire, train, and bring the team members to the right direction.
• Produce regular report of all activities.
• Responsible for the P&L of the operation in Yogyakarta.
• Continuously evaluate performance and come up with improvement plan & execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field. 
• Having relevant experience minimum 5 years at managerial level.
• Positive attitude with high level of Guts, Recilience, Initiative, and Tenacity.
• Able to use data analysis tools, minimum with microsoft excel.
• Open mindset for constructive feedback while resourceful for ideas to solve challenges.
• Willing to work full time in WFO mode.
