Job Description

As our Operation, Product, & Impact Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution, innovative product development, and meaningful impact of our travel experiences. You'll be the bridge between our vision and its realization, ensuring every journey leaves a positive footprint.
Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Operation Excellence:
- Oversee the end-to-end operational aspects of our programs, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with local partners, including tour guides, accommodations, and activity providers.
- Optimize itineraries and logistics for efficiency, sustainability, and impact.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and risk assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges effectively.

2. Product Development & Innovation:
- Develop and refine unique, sustainable and regenerative activities that align with our mission.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs.
- Design compelling itineraries and experiences according to our product guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new products.

3. Impact Measurement & Reporting:
- Develop and implement systems to measure the social and environmental impact of our programs.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress towards our sustainability goals.
- Prepare reports to communicate our impact to stakeholders.
