Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Reponsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries/complaints from all users thru all channels.
  • Monitor & review system utilization of all users, operators, agents.
  • Conduct training to enable all users to use advanced systems for bus ticketing system.
  • Help users to do 1st troubleshooting and escalate to IT support engineer when needed.
  • Create quick guide to help users easier to understand on how to use the system.
  • Produce periodic activity report.
  • Execute other CS development projects.
  • Work in time-shifting system including weekend/public holiday.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in IT/Engineering related studies or an equivalent degree or professional qualification.
  • At least of 1 year of working experience in as proactive Customer Service, especially in software industries.
  • Actively communicate in both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Confident in conducting training through any channels, face to face, phone call, online meeting tools, or remote session.
  • A self-starter and able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, integrity.
