As the Finance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial and administrative functions of the Indonesian Operations. You will serve as a business partner and work closely with other senior management team members to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular on areas of finance and administration through improvements, cost optimization and people solutions through business processes, controls, policies and procedures to support strategic business goals.

Job Description 

1. Provides leadership and directions on the day-to-day running of the finance activities to support the business operation.
2. Establishes good business and internal controls.
3. Preparation, reporting and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports and management accounts.
4. Coordinate and prepare the annual business budget and monitor the actual performance against the budget.
5. Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure efficient use of funds and adequacy of working capital.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to accounting standards, accounting records, statutory audit, applicable corporate and indirect taxes filing and reporting and relevant business licenses.
7. Coordinate and manage the administration and requisition/procurement process to ensure proper justification and approval.
8. Coordinate with and assist Human Resources team on matters pertaining to payroll, where required.
9. Provides guidance, coaching and mentoring of subordinates in the Indonesia Finance team.
10. Key business partner to operational functions, provide professional advice to support strategic decision, policies and procedures, and managing change processes as well as providing risk analysis.
11. Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
Professional Certifications in any of the following:
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Indonesia's equivalent: Akuntan Publik Bersertifikat.
CA (Chartered Accountant) – through IAI (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia).
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
