Bank Lescadana is looking for a full-time on-site role for a Account Officer, who will be responsible for promoting financial products, developing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve banking products sales target
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Increase market share and portfolio
• Provide service excellence to customers
• New customer acquisition

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales marketing, preferably from financial industry
• Customer orientation, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Proven track record of successful sales experience
