Job Description
- Candidate possess at least D3 associate degree Biologi/Biotechnology
- Possessed adequate tissue culture knowledge/experience.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work in team.
- Able to communicate in English and good written English.
- Pro-active to find literatures for reference.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Able to operate MS excel and power point.
- Willing to be based in plantation environment.
- Directly responsible with oil palm tissue culture R&D.
- Coordination with operational tissue culture lab and Wilmar Innovation Center.
- Preparing bi-weekly report to relevant parties.
- Assisting operational tissue culture with problem solving.
- Possessed basic knowledge of plant molecular biology and statistic.
