What is OSHA/K3?
In Indonesia, OSHA is better known as K3 (Occupational Safety and Health). OSHA is actually an agency in the United States tasked with ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for workers by establishing safety standards.
Many companies across various industries have implemented OSHA/K3, most notably in manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, maritime, energy, air transportation, construction, and more.
Once you have mastered OSHA skills, there are numerous certifications available, including the Ministry of Manpower's General OSH Expert, the National Board for Occupational Safety and Health (BNSP) General OSH Expert, the Construction OSH Certificate, the Chemical & Environmental OSH Certificate, the Electrical OSH Certificate, the Oil and Gas OSH Certificate, the SMK3 Auditor Certificate (Occupational Safety and Health Management System), the First Aid Officer Certificate, and the OSH Operator Certificate (e.g., crane or forklift operator).
