  • Support customers and resolve software issues.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding.
  • Conduct training and create helpful resources.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with the product team.
  • Maintain customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage subscription renewals.

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP/SaaS software and other customer management tools.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain software features.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Mandarin Proficiency is a plus.
